Cloud Phone Tips and Tricks

Tip #1 - How do you disable inbound calls?

To disable ALL inbound calls, go into settings -> incoming calls and change from push notifications to "Off".

Click 'Settings' -> Incoming Calls -> Toggle to 'Off' -> Settings -> Done

To re-enable receiving calls again, Click Settings -> Incoming Calls -> Push Notifications -> Settings - Done.

Tip #2 - Do Not Disturb

You can also disable calls for a period of time using the Do Not Disturb (DND) function. The feature silently rejects calls to your mobile device but still shows the call as missed so you will get a notification that a call was attempted when you open the app again.

To activate this feature, tap "Accent" in the upper left corner, then toggle Do Not Disturb on or off. You will see an indication icon on Accent when the feature is turned on.

To enable DND, Tap "Accent", then toggle Do Not Disturb On or Off. You'll see DND over the Accent name when the feature is enabled.

Tip #3 - Enhanced Mic and Speaker Volume Boost

If you are on an active call and need to increase either your Mic volume or Speaker volume past what your device will allow you to, you can swipe the screen to the left to reveal a Mic and Speaker gain control slider. Increasing the sliders will increase your Mic or Speaker volume, decreasing your volume will decrease the Mic or Speaker volume.

Swiping to the left while you are on a call will allow you to toggle the Volume Boost for your current call. You will also see enhanced stats of your current call in the way of Packet Loss and Jitter for network troubleshooting.
