In-Meeting More Actions Menu

The in-meeting More Actions menu provides a variety of options and additional actions from which a participant and host may choose. These options are designed to give users access to advanced features, access additional meeting information, or make changes to personal settings.

Shared Document Collaboration

VoiceONE Meetings provides the ability for meeting participants to collaborate in real-time via a shared document within the meeting. The shared document is based on the popular Etherpad collaborative editing tool and offers many of the features available within Etherpad.

When a user clicks the "Open Shared Document" menu option they are presented with the shared document interface to begin adding text and information.
