# Keypad

The Keypad is the initial page displayed upon login and is the central location for making calls, accessing your voicemail, and editing app [Settings](https://guides.accentvoice.com/accent-cloud-phone/android/settings). 

## Screen Layout

## Making a Call

Calls can be initiated via several different methods:

* Dialing a 10-digit number from the Keypad and pressing the Dial Button to initiate the call.
* Choosing a number from one of your [Contacts](https://guides.accentvoice.com/accent-cloud-phone/android/contacts) listed within the Directory or you personal Address Book.
* Selecting a favorite from the [Quickdial](https://guides.accentvoice.com/accent-cloud-phone/android/quickdial) page.

Once a call is initiated the app will present the [in-call screen](https://guides.accentvoice.com/accent-cloud-phone/android/phone-calls).&#x20;

## Accessing Voicemail

If you have messages in your voicemail box, the Voicemail Button will appear on the Keypad along with a numeric indicator in the top left corner of the screen. To access your voicemail and listen to your messages press the Voicemail Button.  &#x20;
