Initial Sign In

When your user account is created and enabled, you will receive an email with credentials and details on how to sign in. Typically, it will look like this:
Download the Accent desktop app by following the link found in the email or via Accent's downloads page at Once installed, provide the app with your name and email address.
Then, indicate your cloud server address by choosing the appropriate server from the dropdown menu. Your server is designated within your Welcome Email. You can also contact Accent Support for your server information.
Once you've connected to the appropriate cloud server you'll be presented with the login screen to access your cloud voice and messaging services. Your credentials can be found in the welcome email you received.
After a succesful login, you'll be presented with the initial unified communications screen. In the next section we will breakdown the app elements and features available to users once successfully logged in.
