Recent Activity
The Recent Activity list provides a chronological list of your recent app activity. This list includes one-to-one chats, channel activity, and any Direct Calls placed or received. Clicking on any of the items will open the activity within the Main Content Panel.
The below image shows a Channel chat accessed from the Recent Activity list.
